Designed for NICU managers and directors, the meeting is a unique blend of didactic presentations, interactive discussions, and small breakout sessions on cutting-edge topics. The theme of this year’s meeting is Managing the Multigenerational Workforce. The first meeting, co-sponsored by NANN, Philips Children’s Medical Ventures and Creche Innovations, will begin on Wednesday evening, April 22 and is open to NICU Directors and Managers from any level 2 or 3 NICU. The meeting will wrap up at noon on Saturday, April 25. The second meeting, open to Children's hospital leaders only, will begin on Saturday evening, April 25 with an opening reception and end Wednesday noon, April 29.
